This collection was inspired by a porcelain flower from a museum in Europe. I was fascinated how porcelain, a strong material could be manipulated into a delicate flower that looked paper thin. I wanted to bring this idea of juxtaposition into garments with the exploration of fabrics. Through market research, I also found that more women were leaning towards non-traditional bridal gowns and two-piece garments to wear on their wedding day. I designed a contemporary bridal collection for the modern lady that wants something different to express who she is. This collection features two-piece garments, with the juxtaposition of baby lamb-skin leather mixed with silks, satins and organza.

A special thank you to Danier Leather, Canada for sponsoring all the leather used in this collection.
